Our mission is to intervene in the lives of youth and young adults ages 12 through 22, whose lives or surroundings are infested with the use and dealings of alcohol and other illicit drugs. It is the intention of Fresh Start Intervention to help develop positive, well balanced, and productive members of our community and society.
Fresh Start Intervention is a holistic program designed to deal with the total person (spirit, body, and soul) in the area of drug and gang intervention. Services are offered to youth and young adults ages 12 through 22 residing in the Maywood/Proviso Leyden Area in Illinois. The goal of the program is to intervene in the lives of these young people whose surroundings are plagued with the illicit use of tobacco, alcohol, or other drugs.
